A little visitor........

I walked out my front door to go get Kaylee from the bus stop and I seen this little bat hangin out on our porch!

Oquirrh Mountain Temple dedication

Josh & I took Ashlyn to the Oquirrh mountain Temple dedication. Jayden went to the last one so this time it was Ashlyn's turn. She thought it was so neat to get her very own Temple recommend and use Jayden's hankie to wave in the air. Josh & I used (un used) white wash cloths because we didn't get hankies....nice, I know.

Kaylee's 1st "official" day of kindergarten

Well my baby is in kindergarten! I thought I would come home & cry the whole time but I am actually fine! I am able to get stuff done in the mornings and then devote my time to her in the afternoon. Also Kaylee has grown up all of the sudden and she doesn't need me as much anymore! Kinda sad but after dealing with her seperation anxiety for so long i'm kinda ok with it.

Kaylee's 1st day was just checking out the classroom and going to a few centers with mom. It was ok with me because I am still having a hard time letting go!

Jayden & Ashlyn's 1st day of school 8-2009

Jayden started middle school this year! 8th grade! She is so beautiful and such a good girl!

This is Jayden & her friend Kailee. They were riding the bus together. This is the 1st year Jayden has had to ride a bus to & from school!

Ashlyn started 3rd grade this year. She loves it and has an awesome teacher!

WHAT???? I have an 8th grader?

I can't believe I am OLD enough to have an 8th grader! I remember being in 8th grade and being absolutley BOY CRAZY! We went to get Jayden's locker & schedule a few days before school started & I felt like it was all dream. How could my little girl already be going to middle school and then I would look at other kids passing us and think...really? That is who she will be going to school with? I wonder if my mom felt the same way I did? I guess it's just a part of growing up for both Jayden & me.
