Let there be snow!
Ok....so I know it's not a lot but I had to get a picture of my house with the snow on the ground. We had pretty crazy weather today. The wind was so strong I thought it might break a window. Not to mention we had rain, hail, & snow all in one day. Sure it didn't last very long but it was quite crazy for St. George!

But mommy I want to sleep with you!
So it's Saturday night, not even 10:00 and Kaylee has already snuck up to Josh & I's bed & is fast asleep on daddy's pillow! I have the hardest time sleeping with kids and especially Kaylee because she has to have her feet on you ALL night long!! She serioulsy sneeks up to our bed 6 out of 7 nights a week. Either Josh or I end up sleeeping in the guest room so we can get some sleep. I guess when she comes up were just too tired to take her down in fear that she will wake up & keep us longer, who knows. Or maybe it's just that (more than likely) she is our last baby and we want to enjoy every second of this because one day we will be wishing our hearts out that she would sneek up to our beds because mom & dad are perfect in her eyes & can make everything feel safe & perfect!

Update on Miss Ashlyn
I thought I would write a quick update on my little Ashlyn Rose. She is starting to finally feel a little bit better. Today we went outside to get some fresh air and she actually played for a bit. I am so worried to send her back to school because I am afraid someone will get her sick or that she will run around or eat something she shouldn't. What a paranoid mom I am, I know! I just love her so much and want to protect her. Her little voice has changed. She talks really soft, when she talks, which isn't a lot. She has really just wanted me to hold her & love her. I sure love how I can make her feel better by just holding her & giving her loves. Hopefully she'll be back to normal soon because it just makes me sad to see her hurting and feeling rotten all day. Thank you to all who sent cards, presents, and well wishes. It sure meant a lot to her & to me.

Some of life's "BEST" Surprises!
Today when I was in the shower Kaylee came in and said, "mom, don't look @ your bed yet, ok?" and then she shut the door. When I got out of the shower and peeked @ my bed I saw this. Kaylee had surprised me & made my bed. Seriously, how cute is that! Then Ashlyn wrote me a letter that says, (in her exact words, spelling) "Dear mom, I love you more than enething. I think you are the best mom ever, Thenk you for all thet you give me. Love, Ashlyn!!!!!!" Can life get any better when I have such sweet & thoughtful children? And I guess my thought is, how do I keep them this way all through their teenage years? Jayden is still very thoughtful and loving to me @ 12, is that going to change soon? I am praying that they will always love me and want to give me some of life's best surprises because seriously it melts my heart and I have to get on my knees and thank my Father in Heaven for blessing me with three of the sweetest, most wonderful spirits he could possibly find!

HELP!
I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me how to change my background & not lose all my stuff? I changed it in December and lost everything I had recently put on. I seriously wanted to cry. Please help if you can. Thanks!

Ashlyn's Tonsils
Hello Everyone,
I thought I would write a quick update about Ashlyn. We went into the new hospital this morning @ 7:45 & she was doing ok. When they called us back she was getting more nervous by the second. We got her changed and in a bed and she was crying and very upset. After about 45 minutes they had her drink some medicine that would realx her and within 10 minutes my little lady was loopy as ever!! She was watching cartoons and would just make this funny noise (like a weird laugh) and say, "he's got two heads!" She was saying the funniest things!! I was laughing so hard at one point that I had tears in my eyes and I had to get off the bed and walk away. Anyway we were apart for about an hour and when we went back to the recovery room she was doing good. She was quite out of it and she kept trying to pull her IV out but she was doing ok, considering. We brought her home and she fell asleep eating ice cream with a spoon in her mouth, but she took a good nap. She has thrown up once, but the doctor said that is to be expected. I just hope I can keep her resting for a few days so she can get better. The doctor said that it usually takes about 2 weeks to fully recover, i'm hoping it won't take that long. Well I just wanted to give an update. I hope it makes sense after our long day. Oh in the slide show I made it's really funny because you can totally tell when she's drugged up so you'll have to take a peek!
P.S. Thank you to my ANGEL friend Becky Thomas for helping me today!! She got Jayden to school and watched Kaylee for 4 1/2 hours. She is a wonderful friend and it was just so nice that I didn't have to worry about Kaylee the whole time because I knew she was in good hands. Thank you Becky. I love you tonz!
