My little Dorothy 10-21-08

Kaylee's birthday is on the 30th (the day before Halloween) and she is going to be Dorothy for Halloween. So we decided to have a Wizard of Oz themed birthday party. I decided that I would take pictures of her in her costume and make her invitations. HEE HEE Well I procrastinated and so I ended up having to do pictures in the morning so I have the stinkin sun in all the pics and I am just a beginner @ photoshop so the sun stays. Then I attempt the invitation...AHHHHH...it took me all day and I was ready to scream! Halfway through I had a melt down and I was thinking what in the world am I doing? I'm not a photographer, I love it but i'm not even close to professional, and I am not a designer. I came so close to just going to the store and buying invitations but i didn't. I stuck it out and I am happy with the results. It's not professional by any means but we love it all the same.

FHE @ The Corn Maze 10-20-08

We went to the corn maze for FHE with some friends & had a great time. Sorry for all the pics but it's how I like to tell our stories.

Ashlyn is my animal lover! I had the hardest time pulling her away from the animals. She said she had to say hi to all of them so they wouldn't get their feelings hurt!

Our spoiled dog 10-16-08

Jayden & Ashlyn were sleeping and it was like 11:00 p.m. & I took Lucky in Jayden's room to wake them up. Jayden was NOT happy!!! Ashlyn asked if it was morning already & I said, "YES! Do you want to get up & have some pancakes?" She was all excited and started to get up. I told her I was joking and that it was still night. I felt bad for being such a tease that I made my girls chocolate chip pancakes the next morning.

Girls night out 10-16-08

My friend Becky & I went out and got our toe's done and then went to Durrango's for dinner. It was nice having some time to visit without our kids interrupting.
